Altas de Cristo is an ~2ha property directly alongside the north shoulder of the Pan-American Highway in the Darien Province.  The site is almost entirely covered in ~25 year old secondary growth forest, with a small house, fruit trees, and medicinal plants along the southern edge of the property.  It is not extensively cultivated, but the surrounding landscape is a patchwork of small, thoroughly cultivated crop fields and cattle fields.  Due to the small size of the property, we only placed two cameras on this site.  Both cameras were in secondary growth forest.
