Timestamp is Eastern Standard Time (EST). Deployed about 10 m E of Smart Branch and about 3 m south of house-sized boulder. Camera facing old roadbed that is largely overgrown. Overstory includes Betula lenta, Liriodendron tulipifera, Fagus grandifolia, Quercus alba, Oxydendrum arboreum, and Acer rubrum. Shrub layer of Rhododendron maximum and Kalmia latifolia. In sequence 64, the Coyote appears to be carrying a Northern Raccoon, based on the rings on the tail.
Timestamp is Eastern Standard Time (EST). Camera deployed on small shoulder ridge within 40 m of Rocky Bald Creek. Overstory inlcudes Quercus montana, Acer rubrum, Fagus grandifolia, and scattered Rhododendron maximum. Note that I am calling the rabbit an Appalachian Cottontail, based on elevation and habitat. Also in pict 0069 you can see a dark spot on the forehead of the rabbit, which is indicative of Appalachian Cottontail (Eastern Cottontaill typically have a white spot).
No pictures after 12/28/18 including no picture of me when I picked up camera today. The camera was locked to a tree with no apparent damage but, the pictured hunter could have turned it off. Trhere were deer tracks all over the field so, I suspect the camera was turned off.
