There is a meadow off to the left of the camera, and the entire area is surrounded by large oak trees. There is an abandonned trail approximately 100 meters off to the right. During this time, the trails were closed to visitors.

The surrounding area was a regular forest ecosystem; there were no distingishing traits or charactistics about the area.

NOTE: Although the camera was working on pickup, it appears as though the flash broke half way through. I think that it may have been a result of the storm, seeing as the flash quit working after the 13th, which was the date of the large storm which closed the park.
