The Smithsonian Environmental Research Center has installed a ForestGEO plot on their property.

This was an investigation into the fine-scale movement of a mammal community using a grid of 67 camera traps set at 10m intervals.  These were all new Bushnell camera traps.  At the start of the second month of data collection a pile of 'deer corn' was put out in the center of the grid as bait.
