View Data Images

PLEASE NOTE: Any images added to eMammal before June 12, 2017 may be unavailable for viewing. If you require those images, we can handle limited requests via the Contact Us form. We are working on adding this functionality for all eMammal images.

Alternative Step 1: Enter Sequences

Enter a series of sequence IDs, each on a separate line, to bypass steps 2 through 5. Sequence IDs have the format "[insert deployment ID][insert sequence number] like in the "Sequence ID" column from the Download Data CSV. Ex: d16742s5

Step 1: Select an Area using the map.

Click on the box icon on the left of the map to draw a box and select data. Circles with numbers represent clustered data, the blue boxes that appear when show the area that contains data. Click on the circles with numbers to zoom in on the area.

Uncheck to include all data from any project that has at least one deployment within the box. This will select data from outside of the box.
Step 2: Choose projects.

Select projects using the drop-down menu below and then click the "Add selected data" button. You may only select one project at a time.

To select a sub-project, first choose a project and then select a sub-project. Repeat to add another sub-project.
Step 3: Choose Species

Choose species from the menu and then click the "Add selected species" button. You can view data images for all species or for selected species only. To view images for multiple species select and add species one at a time.

Species names are Scientific name/Common Name (# detections in map box)
Step 4: View Data Images  

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the length of time required to generate the results from Browse Data requests, we have implemented a new process to notify you when your analysis is complete. Once your analysis has completed, you will receive a browser notification. If you have registered an account, you will also receive an email notification as well as historical access to past analyses created after this new feature was launched.
